Arriving in Guatemala!!!

 So, the journey has officially begun. I quit my job, frantically got most of my belongings together into 5 suitcases and a computer bag and headed off to Guatemala. I even got to bring a friend along, my dad!

To say the Lord is leading is an understatement. There have been several setbacks and things that have tripped up the process but we remain on the path.

As of right now, my dad and I are relaxing after all night and day of traveling on little to no sleep. We plan to get to bed early tonight and see how tomorrow goes. We may venture into town and the malls and take a peak at the shops so I can get a better understanding of costs and what all I need to purchase. The list seems endless and growing!

I am currently staying in the same little house that I lived in during my internship here in 2019 and being welcomed back here and bombarded by all the dogs really helped me feel at home.
